To search is to look closely at. The government cannot look closely at us, search us, without probable cause, like DNA, finger print, witness etc. This is the 4th Amendment. These actions are not even close. Jurors have not arrestees.

To "search" is to look closely at. The 4th Amendment reads that our government may not look closely at us without probable cause, specific facts of a crime. The people who decided to do this know what the 4th Amendment is. They decided they do not care about our rights. Our government hates us.

The parties are working together. To fix America we'd have to replace ALL the members of the house and senate. We'd need to fix the bugs BEFORE anyone was allowed to govern again. Clearly congress is a very part-time job. If they do not need to work (we are at war btw), then why do we need them?
