Sauerteig im Einmachglas. Viele Bläschen sind im Teig zu sehen. Ein Gummi um das Glas zeigt an, wie viel der Teig seit dam Ansetzen gegangen ist, nämlich ca 1,5 Mal so viel.

Sorry that I haven't been very active in #running here in the last few weeks. My ankle is causing problems. Appointment with the orthopedist is only in 2 weeks. Today I did a test and it actually went quite well. The weather was just too good. Windy, sunny and rainy, all at the same time. 😃

Today I didn't want to run 10 km, and remembered a 'shortcut' on the course. It shortened the distance by exactly -1.4 km. And I had forgotten the nasty climb on the route. #running #runnersOfMastodon (Minus (shortening) and minus (-1.4 km) gets plus 😉😅)

Heute das erste Mal veganes Stutenbrot (mit etwas übergare) im Brotbackautomat gebacken. Der absolute Hammer. Quasi kein Unterschied zur Version mit Milch und Ei. Margarine habe ich schon immer verwendet. Dem Sohn schmeckt es sogar besser. #Brot #Stutenbrot #Backen #Brotbacken #Hefebrot #vegan
