When you were a kid, what was your mom’s go to cheese for a grilled cheese sandwich? My mom’s was Muenster. As an adult, what is yours? Mine is whatever sliced cheese we have as long as it isn’t American. These have a slice of Muenster and a slice of Provolone in each.
