Converted both meshes to a texture file and now it's the fun part of coming up with palette swaps! Focusing on the basic meshes right now, still not sure how I want to do the eyes. I do want more detail, but if I want to be space efficient I may have to get creative

The original lineup of models for my OCs- back in 2023.
(Left to right) TH-ETA, Kimia, Bludgeon and Geo.

Made well before I had a good grasp on Blender. Very rudimentary shapes, using Filmic in the color management which makes everything washed-out, and being very lazy with certain textures.

New Bludgeon model! I've remade my model so many times that some of the later models were sloppily put together. About time I gave it some proper care. Also finally living up to the BP in my name lol #blender #oc

I think I've finally figured out the whole unwrapping thing. This one has no overlapping uvs, though the job is a complete mess. The colours are just random PNG I put together to test out if my character looks okay.

Is it normal for #Blender to start lagging with just 2 ref images, a mirror, subdivision and solidify modifiers? I'm currently following a tut series by "Sorry Stacy" on YT and it's not going great. Stopping now to avoid angering my pc. The HDD sounds like its running for dear life lol

Totally forgot to post my character reference base. Created it using a little bit of MikeyMegaMega's YT tuts on drawing anime female bodies in different angles. For the face, I tried some facial features placements by Zephy.fr over on Pinterest. Not sure the side view works tho #blender #freebie
