Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 23/06/2025The thing about the OKC Thunder is, that as a neutral, they absolutely suck to watch. 100 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 18/05/2025I just want there to be a Game 7 in the NBA that is worth watching. You have to go back a few years to find one that didn’t completely suck. 000 0

Just absolutely shocking to bring one of the leaders of the free world into the Oval Office and dress him down to demand he thank Trump for Trump's greatness, while this actual leader tries to protect capitalistic democracy from Trump's flailing autocratic petrostate boss 19450801191 0

Should an art critic have to review those big pictures of tomatoes they hang on the wall at Subway? I think they belong in a different category. 25903153 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 10/02/2025No one could have predicted this! Just a great job by Nico Harrison and the terrible owners. Thanks for ruining my favorite team. 010 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 09/02/2025Don’t think I’ll ever get over Mark Cuban selling the team to the dumbest, worst people imaginable. Thanks, Mark. 010 0

Historically dogshit thing to have happen, feels almost personal. Somehow trying to throw a tomato from my apartment at whoever is responsible for this. 6888731 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 02/02/2025I guess this is what you get when Mark Cuban sells the team to the human cesspool that is the Adelson family. 000 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 02/02/202525 years of being a fan of the Dallas Mavericks. That ended today. What an absolutely terrible organization. 000 0

Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 02/01/2025Apparently, this was too much to ask. Now PJ is hurt with a knee sprain. This is a lost season, I fear. Not the start to 2025 I was hoping for. 000 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 31/12/2024I just want the Mavs to be healthy. Is that too much to ask? Finally have a very good team, but you just don’t get to see them play. It sucks. 130 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 23/12/2024Had to have someone come out and fix our HVAC. The guy was very friendly and helpful. When he left, he gave me a fist bump and said, “Love you, brother!” Wasn’t expecting that! 010 0

Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 23/11/2024Watched Mike Leigh’s NAKED (1993) for the first time last night. David Thewlis delivers an amazing performance as Johnny, one of the most unlikable characters I’ve ever seen on film. Really don’t know how I feel about the movie overall, though. Going to have to let it sit with me for a while. 000 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 17/11/2024Not sure I can handle the Mavs losing to the Spurs without Wemby. Please win, for my mental health if nothing else. 010 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 15/11/2024Rewatched PERFECT DAYS (2023) on the Criterion 4K disc. Felt even more impactful now, given the state of things. Good music, good books, and a steady routine can go a long way. 000 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 15/11/2024I guess it makes sense that Grimes was unhappy with his playing time. He’s good! 000 0
Jesse @movieshelf.bsky.social · 12/11/2024It seems so nice here that I don’t know if I’m allowed to be mad at the Mavs tonight when they’re inevitably down 14-3 in the first quarter. 020 0
