A district judge who drove "a coach and horses through the Children's Guardian's Article 6 rights to a fair hearing and [whose decision] simply cannot withstand scrutiny" has been anonymised when appealed at the High Court

The jury have been told that an HMRC official had given Robert Venables KC a nickname in honour of "Mr Bridger" from the Italian Job. Asked whether the name came from the film Varsha Heerasing, HMRC officer, said "That’s what I’m told, I’ve never seen it myself."

“As you are not a party to the claim. The court cannot provide documents or discuss any aspect of the claim in question” This is wholly incorrect for a civil case heard in public

Conditions for attending a remote High court hearing now prevent "recordings or transcripts made using AI assistant or co-pilot apps" Don't tell Fordham J who uses "voice-recognition software" to transcribe his ex tempore judgments IMO this is a great use for the technology
•	Access to the link is issued by the court and MUST NOT be passed on via attendees. Requests for additional attendees must be sent to the clerk/usher facilitating the hearing.

•	The hearing will be recorded by HMCTS and no one may make any personal or private recording of any part of the hearing (recordings for this purpose include screenshots, soundbites, and recordings or transcripts made using AI assistant or co-pilot apps) or publish such recordings unless the judge has given express permission to do so in advance of the hearing. To do so without permission is a contempt of court and a criminal offence.

Only a court observer but the accidental leaving on of the camera on a remote hearing was captured in the transcript (along with the male barristers name showing as 'Sophie')
MASTER BRIGHTWELL: Good morning to you both.
MR MACDONALD: Good morning Master Judge.
MASTER BRIGHTWELL: Could I ask that I have only the videos of the advocates showing. There’s a video for somebody called Daniel Cloak, or the screen is showing.
MR MACDONALD: I’m afraid I don’t know who that is Judge. It seems to be fixed. And Judge can I apology for fact that I’m identified as Sophie this morning. It’s a quirk of Teams that I’m unable to fix.
