One of my hives swarmed yesterday. They are booming. We caught the swarm, thank goodness, so now I have a hive in a weird part of the yard. Lol. I gave them a smorgasbord of food (fondant, pollen patty and syrup) this morning to help them along. I hope they stay there. #beekeeping #witchesgarden

A hive box on a tarp covered in honey bees, brush all around.

The hive box set up on a base with another box on top to protect the bee food sitting on top of the lower box. Green leaves and bushes all around, long grass on ground.

From the old growth cedar forest, interior of BC. Glorious ancient beings, a nature created cauldron, a nurse stump and the savage medicine of Devil's Club. BC is beautiful. #forestmagic

A hollow stump with a perfect cauldron in the middle. In a deep forest surrounded by ferns.

Trees growing out of the top of an ancient stump that also has moss growing on it. In a deep forest.

I've been wanting to witch up my door for years now. Finally got it painted, and set up with pots of herbs and flowers. I don't think it's done yet. #witchsky #druidsky #pagansky

A purple witch's door is surrounded by a huge flowering climbing hydrangea, a black trimmed side light, a Viking style driftwood hanging ornament. A small broom hangs in front of the small window in the door. A set of iron keys can barely be seen to the side. Pots of herbs (rosemary, thyme, lavender, white sage, motherwort, and bay sit on the stone steps leading up to the door. Some pots of flowers are intermixed as well- geraniums, Scottish heather with a draping vine.

I've got this one Hungarian pepper in a pot. It's suppose to have long black peppers that taste like jalapenos. Very goth. But today I noticed the flowers! They are so pretty! #gardenmagic #witchesgarden

This time of the year I tend to get nesty. I love the dark lamp-lit corners warmed by the fireplace. I made this little area to read tarot in for the winter. These cards are so special, they needed a dedicated spot. The skull beads are from New Orleans in 2010. #witchsky #occultsky #druidsky

A wicker chair sits beside a small round table in a ring of lamplight covered in 2 cloths, one black with purple fronds and a smaller square cloth on top with stars in an indigo background. On the table sits a tiffany lamp with flower shapes. Some scattered fall leaves decorate below the lamp. To the side sits a stack of a tarot book, folded tarot cloth, and a pouch with the cards inside. Draped over the stack is a string of skull beads from New Orleans. Behind the table is a dark wall shelf with books, a dark chest and decorative leaves.
