I will always stand with journalists killed in the line of duty, be they in Gaza, the occupied West Bank, Lebanon, or anywhere else in the world. Journalism is not a crime.

In 2010, Sulaiman Al-Obeid scored this spectacular acrobatic goal for the Palestine national team. It was the footballer's first goal for his national team. Today, he was shot & killed by Israel in Gaza while waiting for humanitarian aid, per medical sources.

‎[Thread] ‎Last night was the night of Abbas ibn Ali (ع) at my mosque. Abbas (ع) was the half-brother of Imam Husayn (ع) — the Prophet Muhammad's (ص) grandson — & a flag-bearer in the Battle of Karbala. ‎He was killed by the tyrant's army while bringing water to thirsty children.
