Cheers. Obviously I have to go by memory but it always bothered me that the ones I see pictured nowadays are so different from the one I had and of course questioning my memory

Did you always have it or buy it recently? I owned one when I was a kid. Bought it in Italy when we were on Holiday. The green was more of a gold/bronze tone though. I wonder if that is just the discolouration that occurred over time

Catra needs be more present in pop culture. She had a great run with the Netflix show but overall she is an underused character #catra #shera #motu

So are you keeping these or sorting them out?

100

MotUOriginsCork @motuoriginscork.com · 26/03/2025

That was the standard when I was a kid. Sadly nowadays this seems to big of an effort and we get blank comics without text outside of the States

Neither does it work in most other countries that is why in most countries we just use the original name He-Man or She-Hulk and don’t translate them. France is very protective of their language and even has an agency that has to introducing new French words every year.

I hear you but I’m also happy that big companies still manage to do a surprise and delight every now and then. It came out of nowhere but damn am I happy it did. I’m not collecting the crossover lines so these have some parts that I could only get in these other lines so far and they look great

Well I’m not complaining about additional figures and I like them! No worries the still missing figures have been promised multiple times so this is not taking anything away it just gives extra. Take it or leave it. I love it

You can bet! Yes I was pretty conscious about it when placing the order but it turned out well

So here is the thing! From a collectors perspective I’m super happy to have the toy! He is a piece of history after all. But me personally… I think He-Ro next to He-Man is like Alan next to Ken or Dan next to Ryu. Such a ridiculously stupid character #motu

As the special forum is just a hidden subsection of the regular MC forum, I’m fairly certain it comes to the US later today

010

MotUOriginsCork @motuoriginscork.com · 27/02/2025

Yeah of that was a subscription service I. The sense of guaranteed made to order figures for a flat rate price… I’d prefer that for sure

010

MotUOriginsCork @motuoriginscork.com · 27/02/2025

Yes! Still no guarantee that you get the items but at least you have a better chance unless everybody signs up for it then they not Mattel benefits from it

MotUOriginsCork @motuoriginscork.com · 27/02/2025

As the UK is a few hours ahead it is like looking into the future Mattel Creations is offering a membership for Masters of the universe now #motu Exclusive items, priority sales among other benefits
