It's been decided that the cut will continue until I hit 15%, and then we'll work on putting on some lean mass. I will get a break for 2 weeks while we're on vacation, but when I return, it will be ON

I wouldn't trust an outlet to vet it properly, but I also often trust GitHub content in my homelab. Not that this one is bad but the possibility of exploitation is massive as it garners so much attention

Gotta love that the only way to remove this is trusting a random script from GitHub. Not inherently bad but the door being left wide open for malware because Apple doesn't fucking give us the option is infuriating

I finally went from the 9 Pro to the 11. Google offered a decent trade in and I'm enjoying having Magsafe now for the most part. I did lose the ability to use my phone as a key with the polestar but it's always finicky and rarely works so there was no guaeantee it would've kept working on the 9

Results are in. Today's DEXA scan came back at 20.5% Body Fat. Lost 14.5 lbs since the last recorded scan at this location and I managed to still gain 0.2 lbs of muscle. The hard work of the cut has shown some great results! Excited for my check-in with Coach tomorrow to see what the next steps are

Awesome! I like that it seems to be smaller, something that might work better to get more familiarized with events, especially for my husband who is newer to this than me. Would be cool to make a trip out of it one year

Yeah I scheduled it for yesterday since today is a gym rest day and it was supposed to be a quiet work day, but, that last part did not work out as expected LOL. Thankfully I'm feeling ok enough to deal with work

I have a DEXA scanned scheduled for today, 2 months after my last one. The last 2 months have been spent working on a cut where I've lost about 16 lbs. Last scan had me at 26.3%. Excited to see where it is at today.

I slept well last night and this morning I only have a slight soreness in my arm where the boosters were injected. We'll see how the rest of the day goes. Last time I got the Flu and COVID boosters I had a stronger reaction, but I also got the first shot of Hep B at that time.
