LMAO ME TOO!! I was listening to Promises from Hadestown and thought “wouldn’t it hurt a lot if Husk almost got Angel away from the Vees but then got him trapped there forever?”

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 11/07/2026

I’ve been gone a hot minute but I needed to present the concept of a Hadestown /Eurydice and Orpheus Huskerdust AU. It’s tragic and ends with Angel being stuck with Val forever because Husk is a betting man and thought he would have been able to save Angel

Omg yeah!!! I was so scared I was going to accidentally choose the wrong thing or miss something I was supposed to do. I kind of liked how anxiety inducing the last few fights were though. Like it felt like I was playing a character having a panic attack which I assume was the intention

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 08/07/2026

UPDATE! I beat it!! Basil is alive like I was determined him to be but also holy shit that was not what I excepted. Like at all JFC 😂

110

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

I will update you 🫡 I’m already so scared 😂

010

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

That’s comforting to hear 😮‍💨 this game has me STRESSED AND ANXIOUS over these kids. If they don’t have a happyish ending I’m gonna have to UFC style fight my sister for doing this to me

110

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

I’m already about 20 hours in and I’ve been playing less than 2 days 😂 I’m scared to rush cause I’m trying to play without spoilers and I want to make sure I have everything I need for a good ending cause if I lose my son I will be INCONSOLABLE

110

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

I’m so maternal about him I feel sick 😭

060

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

Playing this game with “Wait for me” from Hadestown playing in the back 😭

170

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

My sister has been trying to get me to play Omori for like a year now and I finally started it this weekend. Starting the game and immediately becoming emotionally attached to Basil was a MISTAKE. 😭 no one warned me! If he dies in my play through I will sob

My little burnt marshmallow 😭 ahhh it’s such a relief that she’s home

very scary things with my furbaby the past 5-6 days. Has been rushed to vet every single day since Saturday morning. Yesterday morning we nearly lost her. Reached a point of being stabilized. They kept her overnight and am waiting on callback with update. Please keep my baby in your thoughts 🤕🐾

Right??? I saw it a few times at first and was like “oh, these 5 people are fucking morons”, but like every comment section about Gooseworks there’s more people saying it, or videos with 100k likes literally saying “Jax is supposed to be Gooseworks” LIKE??? NOOOO NOOOO YOURE JUST STUPID 😭

030

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

YES!!! It’s one of the things pushing me away from fandoms in general

010

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

I have one oc that’s literally “the way I as acting in high school”

030

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

That’s how I interpreted her saying Jax was a self insert. I have probably half a dozen self insert characters, all of them have different personalities and motivations. Some of them are t good people. Sometimes self inserts are the exaggerated versions of you or who you perceive yourself as

260

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

Why are people acting like self insert characters are a new concept?

1160

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

This isn’t a defense for Gooseworks cause I don’t know enough about her to comment either way on the things she’s done, but this argument in particular is really fucking stupid. Self insert =/= 1:1

1200

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

The argument that“Jax is a self insert for Gooseworks, therefore she’s a bad person” is really annoying cause it’s so wildly stupid there’s no real way to continue the conversation after that cause they just fundamentally don’t know what a self insert is

Jax has become a character where I WILL block you if you post a shitty take about her for my own sanity. Unfortunately if you hate her we have nothing to talk about

Hold on let me rephrase - a man yelled at me today for pointing out a mistake he made that has literally nothing to do with me that I then went on to fix

1150

Moth @mothmanadjacent.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

A man yelled at me today. I plan to be a bitch to every man that approaches me for the rest of the week at least to make up for this and I wish that man in particular a terrible fucking life 🙂‍↕️

Very lucky to not be involved in the TADC fandom as it was coming out cause I’m an episode 1 Jax defender and I think she deserves the world

There’s a universe where fem Jax and Ragatha are making out rn

Ahhh yeah it’s been too much between the drama/racism/general vibes being off in the fandom I think it’s best to keep fandom interactions to a minimum 😔 I don’t want other peoples actions to take away from my enjoyment of the show anymore

So I guess the announcement is that nothing will really change on this account from the last few months except I’ll stop promising that I’m gonna be more active. Expect me to drop in, leave art or talk shit and be out 🙂‍↕️
