11 Hours into #TheElderScrolls Arena and I'm done, at least for now. My journey ends on level 2 of the Ice Fortress with only 1 part of the Staff of Chaos. I've lost progress over crashes & getting trapped in the environment multiple times. #Daggerfall was better even in DOSbox. #Gaming #RetroGaming

Within 'Count Zero' the Loa are operating beyond what humans can comprehend. During the end of Book 1, 'Neuromancer' we learn that these Loa are talking with other Digital Consciousnesses from Alpha Centauri. By the end of 'Count Zero' we still don't know what the Loa are doing. Part 5/7 #BookSky💙📚

Just finished William Gibson's 'Count Zero', which is Book 2 within his Spawl Trilogy. I want to talk a little bit about how the series uses it's Digital Consciousnesses (AI), which I will call Loa from this point out since that's how they refer to themselves. Part 1/7 #BookSky💙📚

I've decided to explore the area "above" the Milky Way's "roof", there are less stars there. My ship isn’t impressive enough to leave all the stars to dwelling below me, but I can leave enough behind for only the odd spot of light to be smothered by the inky darkness of the universe. #EliteDangerous

I want to write a few words to express why it's been such a hard day. The dog I grew from my teen years into an adult with was put down today. She was such a good pupper, the most affectionate dog I've met, and also the dumbest. She was a part of my family, and I'll never stop missing her. #Pets

I've started work on my newest #ElderScrolls Video Essay! It's a deep dive into the tragic life of Pelagius Septim III, sometimes known as Pelagius the Mad. I've not finished my research or scripting yet, but I can't wait to show it to you all when I'm done!

A lore book titled;
The Skyrim Libraries, Volume 1 - The Histories
The book has a lot of different coloured tabs sticking out of it.

A Microsoft Word Document titled;
The Elder Scrolls Character Bios - Pelagius Septim III
The visible text reads;
Introduction
(1) From Tiber Septim to Martin Septim, from Paarthurnax to Nafaalilargus, From Mannimarco to Jager Tharn, and far more!
All are vastly interesting characters that I’d love to do a deep dive into.
(2) As you can imagine, picking just one under represented character to start with was a challenge.
(3) Ultimately, I ended up choosing Pelagius Septim III, sometimes known as Pelagius The Mad, as he’s a uniquely tragic character, and wonderful value, as to fully understand Pelagius, we must also understand Potema The Wolf Queen Septim.
(4) While Pelagius is often viewed as a joke with Tamriel, we will be looking at a more houmous account of his life later on.
(5) His life story is far more tragic than most know.
Pelagius wasn’t born mad, his mind was twisted into insanity as the revenge taken by his own aunt, The Wolf Queen of Solitude.
(6) That’s what we’ll be covering within this video, the life of both Potema and Pelagius Septim.
(7) As well as how Petema’s selfish grab for power led to the madness that plagued Pelagius even into his death.
(8) So, without any further ado, let’s ado further…

I watched the trailer for #Zoopunk and it featured a pet peeve of mine... Featuring our moon in a fantasy world. It reeks of lazy world building to me. You're telling me this isn't our world, yet, I can look up at the Sea of Tranquillity? Gah, it's not that hard to have a different moon! #Gaming

A screenshot from the trailer for Zoopunk.
It features a humanoid rabbit in a trench coat with too shock swords looking out at the night sky which features the moon, our moon, Sol-3a, in the night sky. This is despite the fact that it appears to be a fantasy world.

Also devs, turning the moon upside down didn't fool me. I know our moon, I see it a lot, it's in the sky 27 days of each 28 day lunar cycle.

Chapter 1 of my new short story is out!! Wattpad: tinyurl.com/4zzf7vhw My Website: tinyurl.com/2tutsmfp It's a story about the fear of death. Lia witnesses her mother die in front of her, creating a lifelong fear of death in her. She longs for immortality, but how far will she go? #Book💙📚 #Fantasy

A blurb for the short story Vita. The subtitle reads; A story of Death. The blurb reads; Lia was born and raised within the temple of Vita, The Goddess of Life. But at only eight years old she watched her mother die before her, haunted forever by the emptiness of that final, lifeless stare. From that moment Lia fears death more than anything, the terror of becoming nothing fills her every moment.
While her brother, Anton, finds solace in faith, Lia's fear drives her down darker paths. Whispers speak of immortality, but what price must be paid to seize it and how far will Lia go to escape the void?

The front cover for the short story; Vita.
The authors name; Robyn Timmons, is at the top of the page.
Below that is a skull, almost completely hidden by the darkness of the background, staring outwards, at the viewer, with two bright, blood red rubies within it's eye sockets.
Below that is the title; Vita, and the subtitle; a story of death.

Something that bothers me with #TombRaiderAnniversary is how the game sexualises Lara. Take the position of the camera when Lara has to fit through tight spaces. The older games kept the camera at a distance, viewing of her whole body, Anniversary focuses on her ass to an obscene degree. #TombRaider

Two screenshots positioned next to each other for dramatic effect. On the left is a screenshot from Tomb Raider 3, it shows Lara Croft crawling on her hands and knees through a tight space. The camera is pulled back, allowing for us to see her whole body. On the right is Tomb Raider Anniversary, it shows Lara Croft crouching down to squeeze through a tight space, the camera is pulled up close to her behind in such a way that it's objectifying her body.
