anyway here was my fit at the renn faire. spruced up the pirate outfit with a few edits and accoutrements. i made about 7-8 little leather coin purses, and put a few of the metal play coins in them: every time i saw a kid dressed as a pirate, i'd run over and give them "the loot they left behind"

a few years ago i did finally read the "official" explanation and it's just such stupid dogshit compared to my more elegant conclusion that i've elected to completely ignore the official meaning and retain that my own explanation is superior and more accurate

there's a popular home craft experiment where you make a little rubber band cannon using a soda bottle and a pringles can. but the common design kinda sucks and has problems, so i've been improving upon it. i finally arrived at an ideal prototype - pretty simple to build and fires perfect every time

i got this big ass pile of pine logs last april and i realized about halfway through chopping them up that one of them was a good width and length for a mast. not too wide, not too short. i stripped the bark off at home and then muscled it up to my parents house to sand it smooth in my dad's barn

i was trying to figure out why the hell my jigsaw blades were all going dull so fucking fast cutting a hole in the wall. turns out i was cutting through part of the Old Wall AKA the 1 inch thick Hard as Rock 120-year-old plaster. it's heavy as hell and basically concrete

at least 4 completely busted jigsaw blades
