When eventually Qaraism pervailed, with permission from the Muslim authorities, Qaraites mocked Rabbanites claiming they distort God's words, and permit anal sex. And there was much rejoycing. 100

An execution of Two Jewish leaders in Cairo during Muḥarram 846 is recorded in Muslim Chronicles. 111

With the proceeds they buy a ruined house "near the synagogue". In Hebrew and Judeo-Arabic. And a translation to Arabic. 1409 CE. 111
