I will have completely lost all faith in the inherent rational thinking and good intentions of the Navy if this goes through. In the end, military officers are just bobblehead toys. Probably what the draft dodger wants because it destabilizes American society to benefit Russia, China, and others.

It's disgusting. And what makes it worse is from the outside the officers will celebrate it. Far too many people in uniform, who should have known better, embraced MAGA from the start. And here we are, spitting in the face of decency. No more ships or bases or anything named after politicians.
