So a few months back I discovered Cherry Bounce. Basically it's a cheery liqueur infusing cherrys with spirits and recipes all very from person to person. For the first one I use Brandy with honey and a bit of hibiscus. It's absolutely delicious but now I'm trying a new batch with honey and rum.

How it started vs How it's going. Last Christmas I wanted to make my own homemade Vanilla extract and it turned out amazing! However now much like Nick DiGiovanni, I'm making more in a much bigger bottle. It's already taken well to the new beans and smells divine. But let's see how it is when done.

Been a bit since I posted about the first batch of Limoncello. Truth being was I already bottled that and it became a hit. So much so I ran out in days. So I made a second batch and it yielded 6 bottles. My Sicilian ancestors would be proud ^^ #cheers🍻

So begins the process of making my own Limoncello. Peeled 12 lemons and now the peels are taking a soak in 95% Everclear for 3 weeks. I'll check back on it then for the next step. I'mma make my Sicilian ancestors proud 😁

Amplified: .5oz Acai Blueberry vodka, 1/4oz lemon juice and a splash of blue curacao Reverse: .5oz cherry vodka, 1/4oz cherry Brandy and a light splash of grenadine. Goja base: 6oz monster 0 and 1/2 Hpnotiq Thought it be fun to make a JJK inspired cocktail. #cheers🍻

A friend gifted me this lovely bottle of whiskey. I at first expected tequila but I won't say no to whisky. Quite smooth and easy on the throat and it even came with a little horror story that I can't wait to read. Hope it's as good as the drink. #cheers🍻

Jager cold brew review (no picture cause I'm lazy) So not the biggest fan of Jager but I must say, the coffee flavoring to the Jager mixed in with a hint of chocolate to its taste really helped. If you don't mind the anise flavor to coffee and chocolate, it's an ok drink. 6/10 #cheers🍻

Well I made my own version of the NY sour using my spiced wine syrup. May look a lot heavier on the wine but it doesn't take away from the Bourbon. The wine syrup brings a nice sweet and tangy pairing with the lemon juice while the Bourbon still carries. If anything else, it looks cool too. #Cheers🍻

I made some spiced wine syrup for future cocktails. Simple to make too. 1 cinnamon stick 3 cardamom pods 1 whole clove 1 star anise 1 cup of sugar 2 cups of wine *bring it to a simmer till the sugar dissolves* This will do good for a New York smash. Cheer 🍻

110 years ago from the 24th to the 26th of December, one of my personal favorites acts of humanity in times of turmoil happend. The Christmas Truce of 1914; where for a small moment there was peace on the the western front and soldiers saw one another as friend and not foe. Merry Christmas everyone🎄
