It could be to prevent using hooks and noose poles (dont know what they are actually called) while noodling. In OK, if you are noddling, cant use any equipment I dont believe.

I commented earlier about some of the art on this set appearing not finished and blurry, but after looking thru artists bs accounts, I think its mostly compression flattening some colors and losing some sharpness. Def not AI though. You can usually tell AI by composition. Itll be super boring.

Is it my eyes or is the art for a lot of these blurry and sometimes look unfinished? Some parts are rendered more and some parts like its not completely finished. Not trying to be a jerk, cause the design and compositions are great, some just look like 95% WIP.
