Haven't updated this thread in three months. Progress through story has been slow but WOW has a replay of Dawntrail turned me into one of its strongest advocates. I really really think you should give a dawntrail replay a try if you felt wishy washy on it the first time.

Frederic Volcanes
1.5oz Passionfruit Rum
0.5oz Cointreau
Barspoon Licor 43
0.5oz fresh orange juice
0.75oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5oz Demerara syrup*
Sparkling water
2-4 Strawberries
3oz coconut milk

Blend strawberries and coconut milk together until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any solids. Pour into a medium sized container and set aside.

Add passionfruit rum, Cointreau, Licor 43, orange juice, lemon juice, and demerara syrup to a mixing glass and stir to combine. Slowly pour the cocktail into the coconut milk and allow to curdle, and let it sit at room temperature for at least two hours, occasionally stirring gently. Strain mixture through a coffee filter in a fine mesh strainer. This process could take several hours.

Add 3oz milk washed cocktail to a glass over a big cube. Top with a splash of sparkling water.

Fandaniel
15ml Gin
15ml Apple vodka
Ginger beer

15ml Coffee liqueur
10ml Frangelico/Hazelnut liqueur

Add gin and apple vodka to a glass and fill the glass up halfway with ice and ginger beer.

In a separate shot glass, add coffee liqueur and Frangelico.

Drop the shot glass inside the other glass.
