Welp- I am now on allergy watch for the new med. I got tingly lips and they’re cherry red after my second dose. Could be a coincidence though, so not ready to throw in the towel yet. Thankfully my BP seems stable (and where we want it).

Pfft. My lipase (pancreas values) are up since my last test. Likely my stomach med (PPI) is the cause, but still in normal levels. Took my additional stomach med today(it’s for ulcers) and boy howdy is it an absolute bear to take. But it’s supposed to coat the stomach and put a barrier in place…

Got 3 more tests booked to rule out gall bladder, pancreas, and heart (yay stress test) and then the GI happens. New med to add to coat the stomach, which will be a schedule nightmare for my current med. Aaaand my bp med is going away for now.

Have a call with my doc at 3 pm today because I reached out this morn after yesterday and last night… last night was the same level of BS right before one of the ER visits… Chest pains suck- I know a stress test is imminent, despite everything being good there in tests so far.

Stomach has been an absolute nightmare today, to the point it’s doing the stupid referred pain again and the frozen shoulder isn’t helping at all either. And I can’t take my breakthrough meds till 9:30 pm because my hormone med is at 7:30. I hate feeling like this.

I’m so god damn frustrated with Amazon. Had to ultimately chancel the order- they don’t know where it is either. So now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back to reorder the same stuff… I suppose I should try shipping it to my mom and see if it’s my name that’s causing the issue.

I have an Amazon package in purgatory for the second time in a month… (never got the first one). I don’t order stuff off Amazon often (do have prime), but it’s things I need to ship OR I have to drive 3 hours to get cause no one stocks it local. Other prime packages have shown up though!

Nothing like finding out 2 of your meds are on a recently published list because they deplete B1 (thiamine). One I may be coming off anyway, but the other I’ll be on for a while. I’m already watching my electrolytes, magnesium, b12, calcium and kidney values… Like wtf?

Magnus’ Blasto test came back Negative. Thank the universe. So upper respiratory infection- that if we don’t see improvement/less panting Monday? We’ll get him back in For further testing.

Ruby has an infection, probably from a sting or spider bite. We have meds for her and if it doesn’t start to improve by Saturday morn we go back and the vet will drain it… :/ it’s in a terrible spot so the hope is it’ll go down with antibiotics. Chaos. This week has been chaos.

Reached out to my doc online because my stomach discomfort/esophagus discomfort isn’t going away even on the high powered PPI. It feels like my gut isn’t moving at all and I do not have breakthrough heartburn or anything. It’s also not my hormone med cause this started before it.

So, we’re looking at either Blasto again or an upper respiratory infection for Magnus. The vet decided to give him both antifungal and antibiotics so if it is Blasto we’re not waiting 3-4 days on test results before treatment.

I can’t get a break… Gonna have to get Magnus into the vet today, woke up to him wheezing in my ear and coughing. Could just be an upper respiratory, Could also be early Blasto (again). Could be something else entirely. This is how the Blasto started last time, so no messing.

Endometrial Biopsy is clear of the nasties like cancer. However, it showed that my tissue is waaaaay too high in estrogen. ie I’m estrogen dominant and that’s what’s fucking with me. I get my hormones and hopefully that will fix it. If not there are other options.

GERD/LPR can F off. Now- it’s entriely my fault, I accidentally tipped the cinnamon shaker a bit much and ended up with a smidge too much in my oatmeal this morn and I was too lazy to remake it (plus waste food) and it didn’t even cross my mind as a problem. It became a problem real quick.

Another wood burn- this time of a coyote, who may or may not be a bit on the mystical side. I did this one on a small 6x6 wood panel meant for a laser cutting as I had always intended to experiment with adding color. Color never happened.

Anyway- unrelated to my Pokemon TGC rant, my BP was pretty low this morn so I am grateful that today’s med is the start of a half dose. Even after eating breakfast and being up and around it’s still hanging out kind of low (not hypotension low though) and I feel exhausted.

So my doc and I are on the same page. She thinks the issue is all perimenopause/hormone related. She doesn’t like how low my BP is consistently either which IS a problem when the hormones tank it, so we’re halving my med dose, and if it doesn’t come up we’ll discontinue it entirely.

We started feeding the hummingbirds from a couple of feeders about a week and a half ago after their favorite plants decided they were done for the season. Went to change the nectar this morn (it’s 90+ so it’s an every day thing) and they’re all sitting arguing with each other waiting for me.

Well, my BP Finally decided to creep up again, so I took my med and am currently in a holding pattern to see if it drops, big question is more, how I’ll be in the morning. We’ll know real quick if it is “med is too strong now” OR if we need to look at something else as the culprit.

Today has been a weird sort of day. Didn’t take my BP med yesterday cause I was at the ER with hypotension (cause is unknown). Took my BP this morning and it was low (not as low thankfully but still low) and chose to not take my med today because I was worried it would tank again if I did.

Exhausted? Yep. The low BP fluctuations are still a mystery-er doc says could be perimenopause symptoms. Nothing on tests. Current suspect and what they treated me for is GERD. (No surprise- kind of expected). They also gave me something for the anxiety game and whoo boy, I am flat.

Reached out to my doc on the online thing today because my hand has been forced by my kidneys. Immediate family member has stage 3 Kidney disease and I know what signs to look out for. -cries- I also woke up in full panic attack for zero reason- the first since the med change.
