Artists, show how you draw flowers! Here's my "The Sword in the Rose" linocut print from a couple years ago 🌹🥀

With the Artemis II mission happening, it seemed like a good time to finally post this painting! This is "Diana Triformis", or Diana as three, the Roman equivalent to the Greek goddesses Artemis, Hekate, and Selene as one. Cannot wait for more moon photos from NASA! 🌙

A painting on wood panel using acryla gouache and acrylic paint. There are three hands coming out from three sides of the painting, all of them are the plain wood of the panel with white outlines around the outside of them and gold nails. There is a golden arrow in the center on an angle, the point is pointing to a white crescent moon. The background is a dark blue with a gold border and three green willow branches grow parallel to the backs of the hands.

A close up of a paint and pencil illustration of three hands and willow leaves. The hands are coming from the top, left, and right side of the panel and are done in pencil and white paint with gold nails. The background is a dark blue and the willow leaves are green.

The photo of my hand I used as reference for the illustrated hands

Happy Halloween! 🎃🦇💀 Here's a completed Drawlloween I did a couple years ago. Had a blast fitting all of the prompts together like a puzzle!

A picture of a pen illustration on white paper. The illustration consists of a bunch of Drawlloween prompts: eye, pumpkin, web, moth, witch, willow, mushroom, stones, lavender, moss, raven, bat, snake skeleton, cup, moon, and gems.

🌙 "Moonstruck" This print is the same moth linocut block printed four times with a separate moon block in the center. I loved experimenting with my smaller blocks to create something new! #art #printmaking #moth #moon

🌙 Medusa (2025) This piece took 7 months to complete due to the ongoing pain in my right shoulder. I will be having surgery to hopefully fix my shoulder and I'm so excited to make linocuts again! But I learned a lot from this piece and will be making more like it. #art #medusa

A watercolor and color pencil illustration on a wood board of Medusa's face and shoulders. She is looking out at the viewer and has bright green snakes for hair and is wearing a purple wrapped fabric. There is a crystal on her forehead that has gold chains coming out from it and wrapping around the snakes. The background is painted black

A close up of Medusa's face and one of her hair snakes giving a tiny kiss on her cheek

Am angled picture of the piece took show light reflecting off of the gold painted chains

A picture of the side of the wood canvas showing a repeated pattern of a gold linocut snake printed on it

Happy International Cat Day to the two best studio helpers any artist could ask for 🖤
