Tried some gnocchi (there is also chicken and mushroom) in a creamy Parmesan sauce today they are okay. Not my favorite texture but they are tasty. #gnocchi #tryingnewfoods #food

Got some corn today for $4 per half dozen. They are incredibly long. This particular ear of corn was like the length of my forearm.

An ear of corn we bought at the farmer's market. It is about the length of my forearm. The corn is of the peaches and cream variety, so it has yellow and white kernels interspersed randomly on the ear of corn.

Going on a day trip to the burbs. We first stopped by the lovely Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai their food is super yummy. I got a chashu bowl and some karaage as we don't have those back home. I also got to try a melon float and some absolutely lovely Yuzu Soda.

Got myself a new necklace. I think it's cute. #Choker #Necklace

I am wearing a choker it consists of 4 metal hoops connected by leather with a metal rivet in the middle of each connecting leather bit. Each of the 4 metal hoops are also connected by a chan that dangles down and connects two hoops over creating a neat design.

Just got these absolutely amazing pins in the mail of Whisper, Komasan, and Komajiro and they came with super cute stickers of N'more and Jibanyan and a Shogunyan charm as extras! These pins are pretty big and have super cute details. If y'all like Yokai Watch I would take a look at SapphireStrikes!

Niles in a backpack. He thinks he is ready for adventure.

Our orange cat Niles has a white tummy and darker orange striping. He also has white socks. He has crawled inside of a bookbag. He is politely crossing his front paws.

I am not very good at art or drawing but it is fun. Here is a quick Buchinyan from Yokai Watch. A fusion of Jibanyan and Whisper.

A not so good drawing of Buchinyan it is a two tailed cat Yokai. At the end of each tail it usually has a purple ghost flame. It has a grey haramaki it wears around it's tummy, and a round light blue orb attached to the grey collar around it's neck. It's fur is white and red in weird splotches and it has a whipped cream shaped wisp/tuft at the top of its head.

This is my cat Dr. Niles Crane. Niles is such a good boy and even does tricks. He can spin, shake, beg, and sit. We literally found him when he was "knocking" (pawing) at our back door on my Birthday weekend a few years ago. He is absolutely lovely.

Niles is an orange cat with white lil socks and a white tummy with darker orange striping. In this image he is begging like a dog and being given a nice lil crunchy treat as a reward.

I sculpted this lil opossum, and my sweetheart wife @starlight-dragon.bsky.social was kind enough to paint it.

A small opossum, it is a bit of a potato creature. Its tail is a bit curled and its mouth is open in a screaming position.

In this photo you can see that it would comfortably be able to stand on an Orangina cap. It appears to be using it to prop up its front legs in a "lion at the circus roaring" pose.

Here is a sculpture of a tiny snail I made. It was painted by my wife @starlight-dragon.bsky.social

A small speckled purple snail sits atop a Simply Orange juice bottle, it is quite small and looks like it could do laps around the top of the lid. It's shell is a light blue.

You can see that the shell has an ombre from light blue at the part of the shell closest to the snail that darkens to a rich dark blue as it goes to the part of the shell farthest from the snail's body.
