Marv @moodymarv.bsky.social · 22/04/2023My 31st birthday is next month. My 30th year was one of my darkest. I was insanely depressed, high anxiety, had panic attacks. One of my lowest and I would just smoke to forget. I’m now sober. I feel awake. I’m on the other side and grateful to be alive. We move forward. 161
Marv @moodymarv.bsky.social · 19/04/2023Been shedding weight. Down like 6lbs in a week. No starvation, no fad diet, no diet pills. Just tracking my meals, 500 cal deficit, workout HARD (one hour), walk a lot, drink a lot of water. I cut all alcohol and other stuff out. I feel like my best self. 5180
