baffled by the decals the manufacturer included... so many little 2s and miniscule honeycomb looking logos?? idk what's up with that. But the rose decals rule, those feel so very Dirge and I will be using them posthaste.

Two sets of four wooden stamps each, one set for Autobots and one for Decepticons, all done in a very cute style with positive phrases on each. Characters are: Arcee, Jazz, Bumblebee, Optimus, Shockwave, Soundwave, Starscream, and Megatron.

A big metal pin of Soundwave's face in the shape of a cat's head, a keychain with Thundercracker in a blue themed desert crepe cone, and a phone charm or Acid Storm that has a little green star attached.

next thing of note: i love the auction a lot!! it's really fun and a nice way to cap off the first day painting speedrun challenge lol. and this year i won a door prize!!!! which i was really surprised about bc it seemed TC had the most tickets in his bag :O my lucky day...

1st thing is the custom class bc i like to do it, even if i don't know the character being painted very well (or at all...). this year was Drench, tho I ended up doing a custom paint job bc I wanted to test a brass colour paint I have. Pic 1 also features my friend's pink & yellow experiment

My friend did a colour palette od pastel pink, yellow, darker pink, and the unaltered dark grey of the toy's hands/underlying plastic (she didn't have time to finish painting the head). I did mine with brass, bright green, and the same dark grey of the toy.

also in conehead shopping news: i finally got the random generic cone design toy that was released for a target audience of one person in the whole world (me) [i love background coneheads] {and i especially love this one's red leggings}

Maybe a bit late posting this, but if anyone at #TFCON Toronto tomorrow (Sunday) is a fan of Cosmos and tiny tiny figures, I brought along my Dr. Wu Cosmos toys to sell. $50 includes all three, and each has the ID card and transformation sheet. (No Ramjets though, I am keeping those ones)

my bundle from @mylaxan.bsky.social and @sidvenblu.com arrived earlier last week and i'm very excited!! yay!!!

Some of the goodies together on my desk, including the Magnum Ace "Leaguer Project Vol.2" print, the sticker sheets, the wrist strap, pencjl case, and Silver Castle club pin.

More of the merch focused on the red silver castle messenger bag with a Windy wooden charm keychain, a Flash Kid traditional commission card, and an instagram parody cardholder with Linky in it.

GOD the dissonance of iron leaguer is so good & hilarious. & poignant. yet also undercutting its own emotional impact. never change (context is Magnum just yelled Bull's name in betrayed agony that his own team did that to his baseball wife, but then garret flies over in his ridiculous jet mode)

The commercial break freeze frame with the show's title overlaid on the last shot, which was Magnum yelling Bull's name in agony after he faints, also accompanied by the jaunty orchestra theme.
