One weird tip I use when drawing is sometime I "draw" with the eraser, by erasing excess line work to create a smoother line

My biggest weakness is a starting sketch, which is something I'm sure you're struggling with too. I kinda skipped that step by just finding a picture I liked the shapes of and tossing down a messy trace and then changing things to match my style instead

I also use procreate on my iPad which lets me "cheat" and make lines perfectly straight or edit an exact curve much faster. I am very meticulous over my lines so I go over them until they're very clean and look like how I want them.

I don't have much experience so I don't have a lot to suggest, haha. Reference images are your best friend to start. I basically am practicing right now by just taking a picture I like and drawing my own version of that photo.

I did some tracy tracing to get me started from a sketch I came across and now for the life of me I can't figure out who i saved it from but it was just something to get me a base that felt nice and then I fleshed things out from there. Really really pleased with how he looks <3
