Some ppl wont understand that gymrats like me suffer from body dysmorphia almost 24/7 I laid down in bed around 11pm. BD hits hard, i get up, face the mirror, flex and body check and take 100+ pictures for roughly 3hrs to just feel okay about myself.

I just wish the other me in another universe is everything i’ve let go of here. Maybe he’s majored in the performing arts, learned to love his ownself a lot earlier in life, and had higher emotional intelligence. But i hope all of these is not yet too late for the me in this universe.
