Dr. Oz is a rather stupid doctor. If he doesn't already know that the nurses are the ones that keep the patients alive from the doctor screwing up. He's going to piss off a lot of nurses with that answer. you need at least one RN per shift in a nursing home at least in Pennsylvania for supervising
