Thank you John for that take down. At 78 and female I can only roll my eyes with this “our young men are lonely and doing poorly”. Women are still paid less and it has taken centuries for them to get where they are.

When I realized I was losing my ability to focus enough to read, I started setting a timer for 20 min. At first it was difficult to stick with that 20 min. Now after several months I do it 2-3 times a day.
