📣 Heads up for anyone in the US who's considering picking up a Tobii Eye Tracker 5. The price is going to be doubling due to tariffs, so I'd recommend picking one up before the price change: tobii.gg/moist_noodle #StarCitizen

Spent 9 hours salvaging yesterday for the event. Only to lose all the cargo to a bug with the Atlas. Today, 6.5 hours spent salvaging, only to lose all the RMC after it vanished from storage. I give up with this event, it's too frustrating. #StarCitizen

4.0.2 is live, was pretty excited to hop in and play the next phase of the event... I'll try again tomorrow. #StarCitizen

Moist Noodle @moistnoodle.bsky.social · 21/02/2025

The PTU isn't live. Hiarory shows that things fixed in live doesnt mirror the live experience. And all the things I mentioned are still broken after 4.0.1.

When was the last live patch?

Then why so defensive over a video game?

Moist Noodle @moistnoodle.bsky.social · 21/02/2025

The broken elevators, quantum, HUD, falling through floors, not being able to reload FPS weapons, infinite loading, not being able to leave hangars, etc... speaks volumes on the state of the game.

Moist Noodle @moistnoodle.bsky.social · 21/02/2025

Don't be sad, things will get better.

I keep my #StarCitizen friends list pretty trim. 150 friends and they're all players who are fairly invested in the game, many are content creators. And this is how my friends list looks right now. At peak time I might see 5 or so people online. It speaks volumes about the state of the game.

I had the honour of riding in a funeral procession for a local biking legend today. Several hundred bikes turned up to follow Selwyn Griffiths (ex TT racer) on his final lap. Was great to see Michael Dunlop in attendance to show support. The biking community is incredible. #motorcycles

If I could afford it and had the space I'd own a twist and go scooter. They're great for around town.

Who even needs to see where they're going anyway? Once I hit the fast roads I picked a car to sit behind to guide me. Thankfully I have forward fog lights and a rear helmet light from BrakeFree. #motorcycles

Finally shortened the cable on my lav mic. Was a PITA. But at least now I don't have a meter of excess cable to fight every time I flip up the helmet.

Yesterday a new friend introduced me to the Denali Soundbomb (It's a motorbike air horn). Having been forced out of my lane on the motorway last week, I figure a louder horn might help. 😂 #motorcycles

You know it's funny. People (Reddit) were shitting on myself and other content creators for suggesting that 4.0 be held off until after Christmas. Despite the fact we lived through the experiences of 3.0 and 3.18. Right once again. They still won't listen next time. #StarCitizen

Today, while riding my motorbike, someone almost forced me out of my lane on the M4 motorway. I gently applied the brakes and then waved my left arm in a sign of disapproval. I am truly living the dream. #motorcycles

I find it somewhat insane that alot of people in this post can't seperate real life from video games. Contrary to popular belief, I do not in fact terrorize old ladies and children IRL. #StarCitizen www.reddit.com/r/starcitize...

What!? #Suzuki has finally updated the DRZ-400!? Weeeeee :))))) Updated frame, fuel injection, bigger brakes, throttle by wire with traction modes, modern adjustable suspension Holy cow they ticked every box I wanted aside from keeping the 5 speed (tbh retooling is dumb expensive so I get it)
