I love me a weird single-stage mon, and Gen 2 is full of those (at the time)! The joke with this guy is that it's based on those Groucho Marx glasses, as well as the enemy of the same name from Mother 1. As such it'd give out a lot of EXP, like a Chansey or Audino #pixelart #pokemon #fakemon

Frog Voltorb here is a double mimic, as it were. First you pick up the item ball, hear something similar to Voltorb's cry, only to find that it's this thing instead. The evo is based on a Heavy Ball, both are Water-type or something probably #pokemon #fakemon #pixelart

More fakemon! These are Wormorgen and Wormabout. They're based off of worms and flails, the idea being that they have Own Tempo as an ability + stuff like Outrage. They also have a move called "Do The Worm!" which is just basically Bug-type Outrage haha #pokemon #fakemon #pixelart
