Many of us want to migrate from X/Twitter, and have wanted to for years. But Bluesky’s algorithm still leaves a lot to be desired. There’s just no reach unless you bring people from Twitter. Which is already Twitter’s problem now.

I went to the ER in Glasgow, Scotland for an irregular heartbeat and COVID. 6 hours in a chair and no monitoring, so I chose to leave to lie down and eat. They poorly removed my IV line so I started 2 bleed out in the lobby. They didn’t give me fluids and sent me away. I fell down on the way home.
