#California #Vote FYI. Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms like to buy commercial and industrial properties in LLCs, and if the investment fails, they sever off the loss and walk away. They will still be able to do that, but they will have to at least pay the Transfer Tax.

#California When you #Vote, FYI that Measure 40 is the #BillionairesTax and Measures 41 & 42 are countermeasures meant to negate 40. Whichever way you vote, if you vote YES on 40, then you would vote NO on 41 & 42, and visa-versa.
