er, to sum it up then its gender dysphoria. he fears women and he hates men, thats it. of course theres more about him but arrgh im not sure how to put it here

Modetta @modetta-no-hope.bsky.social · 24/03/2025

also here's what he normally wears, its to project the feminity he fears so much on himself

Anti-white and anti-man I got the anti-future plan (1996 - Marilyn Manson) Been a while but here's one of my OCs. #oc

im ill im seriously ill ive been facing the screen for too long and i couldnt even— argh the progress has been poor ever since i began Heath's route. Markus' route was obviouly the hardest to translate (hey but im proud of the puns!) but somehow i still finished Heath's route tho... i...

cant believe ive been obsessed with this game for 6 years (that is if the beta stage didnt count)—my greatest love. made this vid bc only the sane pick, and the hopeless take both Song: Nobody (Haken), taken from Heath’s official playlist 😭 AARRGH PLAY RE:H EVERYONE!!! #redembracehollywood #reh

Gotta draw this to boost motivation. I thought Markus' route was the most complicated to translate, but no i was wrong. So wrong. Play Red Embrace: Hollywood yall. Suffer with me. I reread the dev book yesterday and i still am a sobbing mess.

ah, but aside from this piece i did take notes of all the fanart reqs from the disc server, but i hope u dont mind waiting for a bit more bc my brain right now doesnt have the ability to come up with concepts for those reqs, unfortunately

Modetta @modetta-no-hope.bsky.social · 05/02/2025

Some puns and wordplays did take years to master so im not regretting anything, but i just dont feel good about the future so for now im kinda cut off from the world

010

Modetta @modetta-no-hope.bsky.social · 05/02/2025

yea im still alive, just trying to continue translating RE:H. Progress is steady, hopefully i could finish before my next enrollment bc its been too long already

Modetta @modetta-no-hope.bsky.social · 09/01/2025

ive been drowning myself with work lately so hope i didnt miss out too much and dw it just sth i definitely have to do before dying—my biggest regret if the world ends—so though painful, its actually the best feeling ive had looking forward to the day i can finally show the world what it is

lol it doesnt seem like it but i put being a translator above all else. more than an artist or a composer, more than anything, a translation is, for me, my ultimate form of love to a work of art a fusion of the authors love and the translators devotion

020

Modetta @modetta-no-hope.bsky.social · 03/01/2025

its written in the dev book that the nsfw scenes in RE:H are meant to be a punishment for a certain type of reader but me, as the official translator for that VN, might just be the second most suffered person because of it (the first, of course, being the writer themselves)

120

Modetta @modetta-no-hope.bsky.social · 02/01/2025

and please, if u like VtM:B and like to read VN, try Red Embrace: Hollywood! RE:H is for sure a love letter for VtM:B (alongside several other titles), and i swear this VN is just mindblowing as VtM:B itself forever the largest love of my life, the one that changes me and keeps me alive until now

its 2025 and im still struck with this game btw a new unofficial patch just got released about 2 weeks ago. the original game was from 2004 so even the fact that more than 20 years has passed, the modders are still going at it? admirable, truly dont know if im able to move on from this game at all

Saving this piece until february haha I came up with an idea for tico's request of Keito kissing Satoru to draw in the meantime, but sjsjjssvdjsh somehow its so bright and cute so im saving it for Satoru's birthday in the end of feb That was when i realized i usually link Keito with "angel"

Also im sorry for spamming my old arts every 3 days or so, but i do enjoy them And most of all, i love the drawing process, maybe even more than the result itself. I know u will get it if u create something with your whole heart Cherish those emotions u hold when creating them, it could even save u
