my opponent with two planeswalkers, the ability to loop Batterskull every turn, lutri in hand and after just having resolved a kicked Consult the Star Charts and they STILL had to scoop because Retrofitter Foundry is actually that cracked. Dominated this game with incremental value

I started out my comp playing with budget modern, I had put together 8 whack and made it to finals at whatever fnm type event at my lgs and beat the boogeyman player on jeskai control, it was my first time of that "holding my breath until this resolves" moments shout out to my GOAT goblin grenade

Resident Evil movie was super fun, not a masterpiece by any stretch, but it was exactly what I wanted also extremely ashamed to say that I did actually think "the outbreak happened during September, it wouldn't have been snowing in the Arklay mountains ☝️🤓"

A couple of my greatest triumphs in cEDH are commemorated by these playmats Mystic Remoras mat was a bet that I couldn't win on a mull to 1 (Kess, 3rd seat, City of Brass)

I'm just going to make this a thread. Today's discovery is that Pig Destroyer fucks with the lights on. Big riffs, relentless energy, and frankly, much more intelligible than I was anticipating

been playing through Code Veronica X for the first time in anticipation of the remake and it's been a really enjoyable experience tank controls always take me a minute to get back to, but I think its actually part of what makes these early releases great and really scary

I've never played Dragon Quest previously but decided to give the HD remake a shot Just rolled credits on 1 last night, it was a really great experience. Fun gameplay, amazing music, and having 2d sprites on a world made in unreal engine was really enjoyable and atmospheric

Been on a big heavy music kick lately and Guttural Slug has been in heavy rotation. Their latest release from 2025 on Unique Leaders Records, Ulcers in the Flesh of Thought, is particularly fun
