Just got back from seeing “Manhunter: the Final Cut” on the big screen. It’s staggering to realize that there is almost no violence depicted onscreen until the final ten minutes. And yet this movie is suffused with the constant threat of violence.

The books are a little dinged up. But perfectly readable. The date on all 6 novelizations is 1977. I cannot fathom how I never knew of these. In ‘77 I would have been around 4-5 years old, but still … Also, why do I feel like @stuhorvath.com would freakin’ love these?
