The 2nd artwork isn't actually related to Atelier Marie, it's a character that can be found on Kohime Ohse's "Kaleido Scope" compilation art book She is known to have a lot of original character artworks surrounding the same hair and attire color that Marlone has lol

This is themselves reviewing the success of Ryza, but I feel many will get the wrong impression of "more Ryza style gameplay", when that's not the case here. They're putting more priority in gameplay systems for core fans while reviewing what made successful. (that's just my interpretation tho)

This specific part puts reassurance that they're listening to the feedback received last year. I think it's great to hear that they're using the words "expand our fanbase" and "core fans" this time instead of anything along the lines of "widening the audience", so they're pretty careful now.
