havent been able to draw any full illustrations during this past month so take some minor stuff of me trying to learn more interesting angles/perspectives maybe ill try drawing something simple and gay before i go to bed just so i can say i got something done during june idk

a digital rough sketch of bridget from guilty gear doing a dynamic pose with her arms and legs bending, while she's holding roger and her yoyo goes around her

a traditional illustration of my oc keitha stretching her arms from a downward angle, since im trying to learn more from perspective. a little bubble of my other oc aurora (who is her girlfriend) shows her blushing and being gay

decided to go back and try more detailed rendering for the first time on one of these, i think it turned out pretty well for a first attempt #oc #originalcharacter #ocart #mermaid #mermaidart #ocsky

the drawing of my OC dorado as a mermaid from the post quoted post, now with more detailed rendering. the background of the image is rain clouds pouring onto a stormy ocean with multiple segments of lightning coming from them. there are multiple ripple effects overlayed over the background. the entire background is colored yellow/orange.

the same as the previous image but without the yellow/orange filter on the background

havent been able to draw much lately so hopefully some magma sketches as blorbos as merms with suffice (last character by @yeeobun.bsky.social) #oc #originalcharacter #ocart #mermaid #mermaidart #ocsky

my OC keitha as a mermaid. she is a muscular woman even her tail appearing muscular, with wavy black hair tied in a ponytail. she is wearing an orange & red top that is ripped on one side. her tail is red, with a tailfin that is white and orange, replicating the look of fire.

my OC dorado as a merman. he has a gray afro with some yellow strands sticking out of it. he is wearing a yellow bandana. his tail and the edge of his tailfin are yellow, while most of the tailfin is gray. the tailfin is vaguely shaped like two lightning bolts put together.

@yeeobun's OC mimi as a mermaid. she has big poofy hair tied in pigtails and wearing a light blue ribbon. she is wearing a yellow & blue swimsuit. she has a light red tail and a yellow & white tailfin. she is surrounded by many bubbles, stars, and wavy lines. this is my wife btw i love her

going into 2025 i wanted to take at more seriously, and part of that included drawing at least once a month. it didnt matter how much or how good, if i put the pen on the page just once, it counted. coming into 2026, id like to keep that consistency but have higher quality too...we'll see

a summary of things i drew during 2025, using a template made by glitchenotghosts. the pieces consist of:

january: art of my mersona
february: art of my oc dorado
march: art of an oc by @yeeobun
april: art of a comic featuring my ocs aurora and dorado
may: art of wakasagihime
june: art of my mersona, taken from a model sheet
july: art of my oc aurora, done in mario paint
august: mods i made for party project, showing laura la mer (tropical-rouge! precure), special week (umamusume: pretty derby), and lightning mcqueen (cars)
september: a sketch of my oc dorado sitting and licking ice cream
october: a sketch of my mersona done traditionally
november: a sketch of my oc aurora sitting down done traditionally
december: a sketch of my oc aurora sitting down, but now digitally
