More peptide IDs only matter if we can trust them. Our Proteomics paper shows adding SLIM HRIM to quadrupole isolation reduced simulated chimeric precursor group size by 13× and produced cleaner spectra with less background, strengthening confidence in deeper DIA discoveries.
