Dipped my toes into DIY HRT since my insurance is cutting all HRT at beginning of next year, and I had no idea it was THIS easy to get a vial of even better estrogen I already have, that will last me over a year for 60 USD, vs paying over 100 w/o insurance for a 3 month vial?! This system is broken.

Truck stalled & engine gave out on me completely in the middle of a busy main road intersection at work. I won't lie, I'm doing horribly. I've continued to deteriorate; 2 days ago the urges were overwhelming and I picked up smoking for the first time. After having 3 total I finally gathered the willpower to throw away the pack. I'm so ashamed of myself and I'm not sure if things will get better.
