Breathtaking landscapes! 😍 New Zealand's climate seems more pleasant than Australia's. The temperatures I mentioned are, of course, the extremes we get in Poland. It’s usually comfortable here—high 20s, low 30s in the summer and down to -10ish in the winter.

I consider 🚴‍♀️ a cardio workout too. My joints need attention as well, trying to keep em in mind while working out 😆 Wow, good for your brother, my former 'neighbour' haha! This July/August here were days with 41°C in shade, but it was exceptionally hot. Usually it's not more than 35. Winter -30 😂🥶

Hi friend ☺️🍀 Kind of opposite here, as alcohol is one of the biggest love of my life, BUT so is the fitness. I learned to keep my balance long ago, I work out every day 💪 and drinking 🍻 only once a week. Hope you have a very nice afternoon/evening, Maurice 🫖✨️
