Erster Versuch gestern. Vielleicht probiere ich es nachher noch mal, scheint heute etwas dunkler in der Nachbarschaft zu sein. 🌌

Die Spitzen dieser Zacken sind rot-orange gefärbt, was auf hohe Anstrengung hinweist, während die Täler grün sind. Nach 50 Minuten fällt die Herzfrequenz wieder ab und verbleibt auf einem relativ konstanten Niveau um die 140-145 bpm bis zum Ende bei 60 Minuten, wobei die Linie wieder hellblau wird. Dies deutet auf die gleiche Intervalltrainingseinheit hin, die auch in der Pace-Grafik zu sehen war.

Nahaufnahme von drei Kameras auf einem hellen Holztisch. Links steht eine silber-schwarze Olympus OM-D Systemkamera mit einem größeren Zoomobjektiv (14-150mm) samt Gegenlichtblende. Rechts daneben befindet sich eine komplett schwarze Olympus OM-D (E-M1 Mark II) mit einem angebrachten Olympus-Objektiv und runder Gegenlichtblende. Im Vordergrund liegt eine kompakte, flache schwarze Ricoh GR Kamera sowie eine separate, zylinderförmige Objektiv-Gegenlichtblende bzw. ein Adapter.
