I hope voters are finally understanding why this is important. Here in AZ, school vouchers are a ENORMOUS expense to taxpayers & it was recently discovered that the vast majority of recipients are from the wealthiest zip codes. This will make it easier for the rich to get private tuition w/ vouchers
