In HS, I was one of the better swimmers in NH. A "big fish in a TINY pond" situation, but I thought I was hot shit. My HS coach also coached a woman who was a 8x Olympic Gold medalist. She joined our HS practice one morning. I'll never forget how slow she made us look. She just crushed us.

The lesson I took from Moulton's comments was that he's not an anti-Trans asshole, he's just an asshole, with no core values beyond "I deserve to get elected." He punched down at them to score points, so I'm pretty sure he'd sell out whatever group is the next right-wing bête noire as well.
