Between grocery prices on items jumping a dollar between trips and lots of items and brands simply gone, it is a major challenge to shop. Paid $7.39 for 3 ounces of black ground pepper. How many people look at that and just skip it?
#grocery #food #groceryprices #foodprices #foodsupply Haven’t seen this hawk in the backyard or birdbath before. Any ideas? Northern harrier? Was enjoying the “pool” and in absolutely no hurry…
#bird #hawk #nature #backyard It’s amazing to see owls turn their heads up to 270 degrees in either direction. Can you imagine sitting behind someone at church or a movie and you sneeze and they turn their head completely around to look at you?
#owl #nature #birds Saw this owl on our backyard fence tonight. Always amazing to see one - I believe it’s a barred owl who gives a “who cooks for you” call. Just managed to get an iPhone photo before it disappeared back into the woods.
