i was called a thief on facebook because a man hit the “tip” button instead of the decline button. he posted my name and my restaurant location. the tip was three dollars, and the worst part was another manager trying to give it back to him, and he said “no, i’m getting good engagement”.

like i’m about to be with this nearly same group of people for four years, never had any major issues, and now i feel like i’m the one about to get canned because this man cannot keep off his phone and stop arguing with his girlfriend at all hours of his shift. maybe i should look for new jobs.

i want to do a cross stitch where the fabric is diagonal rather than square. it seems like it would be fun, but i can’t find any patterns that would highlight the cloth’s orientation. if anyone has ideas of where to find a pattern or needs clarification lmk! #crossstitch #backstitch #hobby #art

the last two months of 2025 were not good for me. the disbandment, birthday plans falling through, my breakup, my poor kitty having a urinary blockage, then i couldn’t walk for a week due to a chronic pain flare up. 2026 better be my year, i’m | | this close to losing it and i can’t lose it

i need you lot to be honest with me on this. what can you see wrong with this stitch as a viewer? i’m trying to see if i’m just too observant as the creator. (the slight warping is from the tension of the lap frame) #crossstitch #backstitch #hobby #art

so i came back to this project but now i have a lap frame that is helping to keep me from tearing my hair out and throwing this piece into the fireplace (the last month has truly been throwing curveball after curveball at me and i’m quite stressed) #crossstitch #backstitch #hobby #art
