You have to start with the tiniest sprinkle. Once they successfully swallow that (and you praise them a ton), go up to a slightly larger sprinkle (like those silver balls). We didn’t do empty capsules until my kid could swallow a TicTac.

This is my second year in 12x12, and my first year doing storystorm. (I think I learned about ss from 12x12!) I’m loving storystorm right now as a real brain stretch. I feel like it’s setting me up for a great year of writing. Also, I feel like I’m getting a better sense of who I am as a writer.
