Kendricks most recent album, GNX, was a homage to west coast hip hop and rnb and included many different sounds that he hasn't been used before like electro(hey now) funk(squabble up), and soul(gloria). The way RnB has been built on our Black cultural background is heard from everyone. So much so that some cultures can't identify with the music due to their background. RnB is deeply rooted rooted in our culture. medium.com/@nqobanizeus... @cfuchstv2.bsky.social #304sp26

"We gonna be alright" fulfills it's true purpose in the Movement for Black Lives protest when the protesters were cheering "We gonna be alright" even after all of the racial violence they faced that day. www.npr.org/2019/08/26/7... @cfuchstv2.bsky.social #304sp26
