If photographs counts, I did made a photograph of a cat pretty recently. Cooperative cats out in the wild are hard to come by: bsky.app/profile/mlvi...

And to balance out the monochromatic picture, here's a beautiful butterfly picture. Probably my best shot to this day, in my opinion though. #butterfly #nature #beautiful #animal #animals #photo #photography #natural #colorful

Colorful and Yellow Butterfly, taking its time on a flower with yellow and orange petals. Lush green background.

Monochrome vs Color Photography. This was taken at a challenging hour, with F/8. I consider this very artistic because of the way the color contrast. Could really work as a painting. #bird #birds #bluejay #photo #photography #animal #animals #wild #wildlife #nature #artistic #photos

Blue Jay perching on thin branch of a tree. Taken at near sunset hour. Colorful leaf in contrast to dull bird.

Angry cat is angry, watching me. What is this cat's problem? I focused on contrast between light and dark section of the grass, like the other time I did a cat photography. The cat has beautiful eyes. #cat #cats #animal #animals #photo #photography #meow

Beautiful cat watching over me, over the plain grass, as if watching me.

I haven't been here for a month. Lots of bad insomnia. But, slowly things are returning back to normal. Anyways, I will try to be more active, but health comes first! #birds #nature #animal #animals #photo #photos #photography #photographs #natural #wildlife #wild

Love the angle here. I'd love to see more features here, and I'm guessing the whites are overexposed in the raw file?

I like the blue mood here. I know that's a weird comment given the sky is blue, but the darkness and the blue reminds me of the Picasso's Blue Period.

This is quite very old. 2025. I just decided to do more work on it, and applied Velvia on Darktable. I don't think I released this one. It was one of the early day I have my EOS R7. #butterfly #animal #animals #beauty #wild #wildlife #wonder #wonderful #nature #natural

Butterfly with yellow and black stripe perching on a leaf that is held by a twig. The background has a lot of twig blurs. Very ethereal.

Here's a bird showing off its prize. Yes, a woodpecker, but it has a prize in its mouth. Yes, definitely ethereal style here, which I like to get.

I had to take a second look to find what exactly is it I'm seeing. I see a rock in water and dragonfly, but that wasn't my first thought. I enjoy the focus on composition and contrast, and the black and white here.

Trying to venture out into other animals other than birds. Say hi to this monkey. I wish I can go into where wilderness resides in my state, this was taken in a monkey zoo. At least he does have a lot of space, and fruits, fishes to eat. #animal #animals #macaque #monkey #photo #photography

This looks pretty magical. I know it's late to answer that question, but shared that before. It's hard to get 2 birds in ideal position within the frame. In your case, the bokeh is doing all of the work here.

Hmm, interesting approach to crows. I like it. They're really hard to work with. I find myself struggling with RAWs of crows because they're too dark to work with. Didn't really think to simply forego smaller details in favor of lighting over the larger details. That is what I see here.
