Ok. So I finally nailed grilled wings today on Weber kettle Dry brined for over 24 hours. Sprayed with duck fat and seasoned two hours before grilling. On grill for 30-35 mins per side. Around 400 degrees Cherry wood. One of my fave seasonings. Skin was as crispy as ever. 💥 (sorryno pics) #BBQmunity

Well, it may not be the prettiest pork butt, but I nailed the temp! Pulled at 205 after 8 hours and clean pull of the bone. Only my second shoulder so overall I’m pleased! Just needs some BBQ sauce and coleslaw and then it will be 💰 #BBQmunity
