Things that are important to me: family, friends, human rights, travel, food, art, music and kindness. It costs you nothing to be kind.

Called Mike Collins office to ask where he stands on Trump's statements on defending the Constitution and due process. Response was that the congressman doesn't know where the question is coming from & he hasn't seen the comments. The office was clearly bothered that I called. #Ga10 #MikeCollins

@schumer.senate.gov I cannot believe you are selling out to Republicans. Very disappointed in you.

For World Kidney Day, we look back at this story on the more than 90,000 people in the U.S. who are waiting for a kidney transplant. A kidney shortage means many die on the waitlist or become too sick for a transplant. A new plan would compensate donors.

There's a severe kidney shortage. Should donors be compensated?

@warnock.senate.gov, @ossoff.bsky.social I am a constituent urging you not to support any temporary funding measures to keep the government open.

Admittedly I have not traveled extensively. Outside the US I have only seen the Bahamas, Paris, London, and now Mexico City. Everyone should visit Mexico City. I fell in love.

I couldn't watch the lies spew from his mouth last night. Every Dem, Ind & Republican who recognizes the mess we are in, should have walked out. Dems need to learn that when they go low, we kick them in the head. Until they learn to fight dirty as Republicans, we will continue to slide to fascism.

Exploring Mexico City and thinking about how welcoming Mexico is, even to a neighbor from its very hostile neighbor to the north. What a wonderful place and people.
