Aufgrund eines Hardwareausfalls befindet sich der Object Storage Service derzeit in einem eingeschränkten Betriebszustand, der dringende Wartungsmaßnahmen erfordert, um Datenverluste zu verhindern.

Um den Wiederherstellungsprozess zu beschleunigen, ist der Object Storage Service in NBG während dieser Zeit teilweise nicht verfügbar. Der Zugriff auf bestimmte Buckets kann zu Fehlermeldungen führen.

Wir werden Sie auf dem Laufenden halten, sobald wir weitere Informationen haben.

Wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.

Update

Nach zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Hardwareausfällen in kurzer Zeit ist die automatische Wiederherstellung der Redundanz für einen Teil der Daten fehlgeschlagen. Wir haben das Problem erfolgreich identifiziert und sind derzeit dabei, die Daten manuell wiederherzustellen. Leider mussten wir dafür alle Dienste für 33 % des NBG-Clusters bis zum Abschluss dieses Vorgangs unterbrechen. Auf die Buckets in diesem Bereich des Clusters kann weiterhin nicht zugegriffen werden. Wir rechnen damit, die Wiederherstellung bis zum 26. August, 11:00 Uhr MESZ, abzuschließen.

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten, müssen jedoch zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt der Integrität der Kundendaten Vorrang vor der Verfügbarkeit einräumen.
